Architectural Design
Through our design process, you will get to
work with our in-house
drafter, to design a fully custom floor plan
that targets your unique requirements and budget.
During the design phase, you will get to tour the
3D model of your future home! Upon completion,
you will receive a complete set of construction
drawings along with both exterior and interior
3D renders and videos of your project.
Transparency
Our philosophy is that transparency is key in any
partnership. We approach pricing with honesty; our goal is not to offer the lowest price, but to
provide a realistic estimate for constructing your
dream home. We include in our bid our in-house
interior designer who will help you make
decisions on where to spend and where to save so you know where every dollar goes. As you make your
selections, you will receive real-time cost
updates and consistent communication
via our online portal.
Bid Process
After the final plans and renders are complete, we'll
build out our construction specs to send out to our team
for firm bids. Taking the time to secure these bids
up-front enables us to adopt a fixed-cost model with
allowances. Using this model, our bids are within
1%-2% of what you will spend on your home based
on the plans. We will take the time to go over each
detail of the home with you, ensuring you understand
how your investment is allocated and reducing the
likelihood of surprises later on. This way,
the client is in control of the costs for their project.
