1. DESIGN - The road to your dream home starts with a design meeting. Here, we will discuss your ultimate goals,   your style preferences, conceptual drawings and the anticipated construction timeline of both parties. 
2. Personalize -Every home has a personality, and this is where you get to help create yours. We will discuss design plans in greater detail, including the finishes, fixtures and appliances. At this point we can also provide you with a cost analysis based on preliminary blueprints and discuss budget.
3. Build - Now that the blueprints have been drawn up and you’ve picked out the final touches, the building can begin! We will keep you updated with pictures and videos of your home as it starts to take its shape through a customized smartphone app and website.
4. Execute - We have the highest commitment to quality and satisfaction and we’re not finished with your home until you tell us it’s perfect. Before we hand the keys over, we’ll walk you through your home to ensure your familiarity with every feature and system.
