Janet also had a personal touch she wanted to include: "I have always wanted double ovens like my mom had growing up, and we incorporated that into our kitchen as well."

The Sellons look forward to hosting family and friends in their new home. "We hope to host family and friends whenever we can, looking forward to celebrating holidays in our new home."

"I grew up in the country, and so being able to build on the edge of town and have more space and nature surrounding our new home is something we are really looking forward to," Janet shared. The new home will provide a perfect blend of country living with modern comforts.

The Sellons have included a home office in their new home. "We will have a home office that we can work out of if needed. I do most of my computer work/documenting at home so anticipate using this area quite often," Janet noted.

"True North helped us build our ideas into a home they had designed previously. Sam and Gabe were great listening to what we wanted and bringing our ideas to the design process," they praised.

The new home will feature three bedrooms in the basement for their adult children when they visit.

"We currently have 2 dogs who will absolutely love living on a larger lot near the country. They will have plenty of room to explore," Janet and Dan mentioned, excited for their pets to enjoy the new space.
