  • How long does it take to build a custom home?

    Many factors come into play when anticipating how long a build will take, including a meticulous design process, permit acquisition, site development, and construction. Generally speaking, you should plan 12 months from start to finish to construct your dream home.

  • Do I need to own a lot before meeting with True North?

    There’s no need to own land before beginning your journey with True North. We have numerous lots available throughout the Lincoln, NE area, including in-town and acreage lots just outside the city limits. We can walk you through the process and work together to choose the perfect lot for your dream home!

  • How will I be kept up to date during the building project?

     Once the building phase has begun, you will be updated in real-time 24-7 by utilizing our custom website and mobile app. Our project superintendents post updates and photos multiple times per week. Exceptional communication is at the heart of what we do to ensure a smooth and uncomplicated build process.
