Building a custom home is a momentous journey, and for Dan and Janet, True North Custom Homes INC was the perfect partner to bring their dream to life. After touring True North’s homes during the Parade of Homes, they were impressed by the quality and attention to detail. "We toured their homes on the Parade of Homes after discussing options with our realtors," the Sellons shared. Meeting Sam, Kelli, and Alan further confirmed their choice, as "the personal connection with the True North team made it an easy decision."

Their vision for the new home centered around creating a spacious and airy environment. "We really wanted lots of open space, tall ceilings, and lots of natural light/windows," they said. A dedicated exercise room and double ovens, reminiscent of Janet’s childhood home, were also must-haves. The open area upstairs, with the kitchen, family room, and patio deck, is where they anticipate spending most of their time. "We are really excited to have the view out of our windows and be able to relax on our deck," they added.

The Sellons’ new home provides the ideal blend of country living and modern comforts, with accommodations for their adult children and ample space for their dogs to explore. "I grew up in the country, so having more space and nature surrounding our new home is something we are really looking forward to," Janet shared. Their journey reflects the importance of choosing a builder who understands and executes their vision, and True North's expertise brought that vision to life.
